Monteith & Sutherland was established in 1960, assuming the survey practice of J.C. Monteith which was initiated in 1928. We are recognized experts in high accuracy and precision engineering geomatics including tunnel surveying, deformation monitoring, topographic and hydrographic surveying, and geodetic horizontal and vertical control networks.
Over the past 60+ years, we've surveyed everything from single-family residential lots, small and large-scale commercial developments, lage industrial construction projects and infrastructure corridors. Our reputation is built on accuracy, clear communication, and the kind of professional accountability that only comes from putting your name on every plan you deliver.
Today, our team of licensed surveyors, technologists, and support staff operates from offices in Sarnia and Toronto. We're large enough to handle complex, multi-phase projects — and focused enough to give every client the attention their project deserves.
